Can I keep my current WhatsApp number?

In many cases, yes. Meta now lets many numbers use the WhatsApp Business app and the Business Platform together, so your team keeps the app while the assistant replies. If yours can’t, we move it to the platform or set up a new number. We check this on the first call.

What happens when the AI doesn’t know the answer?

It says so politely, collects the customer’s details and passes the chat to your team. It never invents prices or promises. You approve the information it uses, and we review conversations after launch to fill any gaps.

Will it reply in Swahili?

Yes. It replies in the language the customer uses, English or Swahili, and copes with the mix most Kenyans write in.

Can it check fee balances or order status?

Yes, once it’s connected to the system that holds that data. We connect it to our own management systems or to yours through an API, so a parent can ask for a balance and get the real figure.

Is WhatsApp automation allowed?

Yes, through the official WhatsApp Business Platform. Unofficial “WhatsApp bots” that run on an ordinary phone break WhatsApp’s terms and can get your number banned, so we don’t use them.
